Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ChatHub. By using ChatHub, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
ChatHub is a SaaS CRM platform designed for chatting agencies managing multiple Telegram accounts. We provide tooling; we do not own the Telegram or DropFans services and cannot guarantee third-party uptime or account status.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ChatHub for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, content involving minors, or any activity that violates Telegram's or DropFans' terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these rules without refund.
4. Telegram Accounts & Third-Party Risk
You connect your own Telegram accounts to ChatHub at your own risk. Telegram may suspend, ban, or limit accounts at its sole discretion. ChatHub implements industry best practices (dedicated mobile proxy, rate limiting, encrypted sessions) to minimize this risk, but cannot guarantee that no account will ever be limited by Telegram.
5. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. The Solo plan includes a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment method and auto-converts to a paid subscription on day 8 unless cancelled. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (GDPR, CCPA). For B2B clients, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
7. Service Availability
We target 99% monthly uptime but make no binding SLA on the free or Solo plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatHub's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to ChatHub in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of Telegram accounts, or indirect damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be brought before the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law grants residents of their home country the right to bring an action in their local courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
